What happens behind the scenes at New Zealand’s only BESTPractice Hospital Standards accredited veterinary clinic?
Three to four hundred people took the opportunity to find out at our Open Day. The sun shone and More FM provided music, BBQ and a bouncy castle to keep the kids (and a few adults!) moving.
Displays of surgery, Xrays, ultrasound and lab equipment proved fascinating but the stars of the show were the animals.
Children enjoyed the opportunity to handle pet lambs, rabbits, guinea pigs and birds and especially Archimedes the large blue-tongued lizard.
